Terms of Service

Please safely read these Terms of Service completely before using Krishu Market (the "Service"). By creating an account or navigating the platform, you legally bind yourself to the following rules.

1. Platform Scope & Liability

Krishu Market explicitly acts as an Advertising Space & Peer-to-Peer Directory. We facilitate connections between ad-slot buyers (Sellers) and end consumers. Krishu Market does not actively sell, warehouse, or own the underlying digital items listed on the website. As such:

• We cannot mathematically guarantee the authenticity of third-party digital goods.
• We issue dynamic badges (e.g., Trusted, Newbie, DWC - Deal With Caution) strictly based on community tenure and admin discretion, but these badges do not constitute a legally binding warranty of service.
• Any financial transactions occur directly between you and the seller via third-party systems outside of Krishu Market.

2. Ad Slots & Subscriptions

Users who wish to feature their advertisements globally must rent an active "Slot". Slots are strictly time-bound and automatically expire. All slot purchases are strictly non-refundable once activated unless otherwise expressly granted by the Administrator.

Depending on the tier of your active slot, you are granted a specific daily allowance to trigger Discord notification pings:

• Weekly Slot: 2 @here pings allowed per day
• Monthly Slot: 2 @here pings and 1 @everyone ping allowed per day
• Yearly Slot: 4 @everyone pings allowed per day

3. Zero Tolerance for Scams

While we are not financially liable for peer transactions, if a seller is caught engaging in malicious behavior or scamming our community members, their account will be permanently banned and their existing slot will be terminated without a refund. We actively monitor the ticket system for such behavior.

4. Platform Language & Conduct

English Only: To ensure absolute transparency and moderation capabilities for our global community, English is the only permitted language across the platform. This explicitly applies to all chat tickets, user bios, ad descriptions, and any public-facing text. Furthermore, the use of abusive language, hate speech, or severe hostility towards other members is strictly punishable by an immediate platform ban.

5. Communication & Support Tickets

Spamming the ticketing system, abusing the ping buttons, or acting hostile toward other community members within the ticket chats will revoke your access to the platform. Administrators reserve all rights to silently document your chat logs via email transcripts to resolve financial disputes if needed.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to permanently override, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without explicit individual notice. Continued use of the platform indicates your overall acceptance of these rules.

7. Prohibited Content

Crypto Exchanges & External Promotions: We explicitly prohibit any advertisements, discussions, or promotional posts related to cryptocurrency exchanges. Furthermore, the unauthorized promotion of external servers, websites, or competing platforms is strictly forbidden. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate removal of the content and potential termination of your account without prior notice.
